HCP Green Cleaning Solutions Program™
In our continuing search for new and better ways to serve our clients, we have inaugurated the Green Cleaning Solutions Program(tm) of environmentally sound products and supplies. This program helps ensure the safety of our clients, their tenants and visitors, our employees, and the overall environment. But in our effort to increase environmental safety in our properties, we have not lost sight of the objective of superior cleaning. To be used in the Green Cleaning Solutions Program(tm), a product must meet or exceed all state and federal environmental regulations and have been proven effective and reliable.

LEED Certification
As stated by the USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) LEED is an internationally recognized certification system that measures how well a building or community performs across all the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, carbon emissions reduction, improved indoor environment quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.

Health Clean Pro can bring much expertise to the completion of reaching all levels of LEED certification. We are able to assist you, and bring valuable knowledge of all Green products, equipment and procedures necessary to garner many LEED points toward certification. Our most effective use will be in the ongoing operations and maintenance of your property, with a concentration on housekeeping.
